Biography

Dr. Pinar Sanlibaba is currently working as Associate Professor at Ankara University, Turkey. She has completed her Ph.D. in Food Engineering from same University. His main area of expertise includes Bacteriology, Bacteriocin, Phage, Biotechnology, Bacteriophage, Microbial Genetics, and Lactic Acid Bacteria. She has published 19 research articles in national and international journals, 74 national and international conference proceeding, 1 book, and 13 other publications contributed as author/co-author.
