Biography

Yongmao Ren Research on the optimization of network transfer performance, mainly including network congestion control and network transport protocols at challenging or novel network scenarios such as fast long distance network, 5G mobile network, data center networks, software defined network and named data network, etc. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed papers and is a regular reviewer of several leading journals. He also serves as a TPC member of many conferences such as ICC, HPCC, and ICCCN. He owns nearly 10 patents. He is a senior member of CCF, a member of IEEE, ACM and AsiaFI.
