Biography

Prof. Dr. Ir. Muhammad Basir-Cyio, SE., MS is an Professor at Faculty of Agriculture , Tadulako University. Muhammad Basir-Cyio has over 50 scientific papers and projects either presented or published. He is an nationally and internationally recognized expert in many areas of soil, agriculture, journalism, public relations and social. Muhammad Basir-Cyio is the rector of tadulako university and the Editor-in-Chief of the Scientific National Journal of AGROLAND, the Agrisains Scientific Journal. She has experience as secretary of Research Institute. Recent publications include: 1) Human health risk assessment of mercury vapor around artisanal small-scale gold mining area, Palu city, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, 2) Studying the Livelihood Diversification of Landowner Farmer in Tondong Tallasa Subdistrict of Pangkajene and Kepulauan District, 3) Study on the Impact of Land and Forest Rehabilitation towards Increasing of Land Cover Density and other of its Spillover Effects in Central Sulawesi. Muhammad Basir-Cyio is chairman of Soil Science Association of Indonesia (HITI) Coordinator of Central Sulawesi.
