Biography

Dr. Omer Ibrahim Ahmed Hamid is currently working as Professor of Animal Production (Dairy Science and Technology) Department of Dairy Science and Technology, Sudan University of Science and Technology, Sudan. He has completed his Ph.D. in Animal Production from same University. Previously he was appointed as Teaching Assistant, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Principal at Department of Animal Production, Faculty of Agriculture, Zalingei University, Sudan. He successfully supervised 17 MSc thesis. Currently he is a supervisor for 4 Ph. D. student and 4 M. Sc. He has completed 4 research projects. He also participated in number of workshops and training courses. He has published 28 research articles in journals as author/co-author. His area of research interest focuses on Animal Production (Dairy Science and Technology).
