Biography

Dr. Abdulhamid Ahmed is currently working as Senior Lecturer at Department of Biology, Faculty of Natural & Applied Sciences, Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Nigeria. He has completed his Ph.D. in Parasitology from same University. His main area of interest related to Biomedical Sciences, and Medical Parasitology. His area of expertise includes Soil Transmitted Helminthiasis, Parasite Ecology, Epidemiology, Nutrition Studies, Public Health significance of parasites, and General Parasitology. He is author and co-author of 18 journal papers.
