Biography

Dr. Ejeatuluchukwu-Alo Obi is currently working as Coordinator of Postgraduate studies at the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, College of Health Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nnewi-Campus, Nigeria, Adjunct Lecturer in Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, CHS, NAU, Nnewi and Part-time Lecturer in National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He has completed his Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Abia State University, Nigeria. He is professional member of Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria, Nigeria Society for Immunology, Biochemical Society of Nigeria, Foundation for African Development through International Biotechnology [FADIB], West African Society for Pharmacology, African Society for Toxicological Sciences, American Biographical Institute, and Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry. His main area of research interest focuses on Heavy Metal Contamination of Herbal Supplements, Pharmacokinetics of Various Drugs, Environmental Toxicology, Metallotoxicology, Reproductive Toxicology, Potential Medicinal Application of extracts from Bambo Plants, and use of Bambo as a Phytoremediation tool. He also attended number of workshops and conferences. He has published 50 research articles in journals as well as 18 conferences abstract contributed as author/co-author.
