Biography

Prof. Oyedepo Temitope Adenike is currently working as Professor at Adeleke University, Ede. She has completed her Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry from European-American University Commonwealth of Dominica, Nigeria. Previously she was appointed Senior Lecturer at Salem University, Lokoja, Lecturer III at Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo, Adjunct Lecturer at University of Ado-Ekiti, Ado-Ekiti, QC Manager at Medac Pharmaceutical Company, Oyo, and Nurse Tutor at Baptist School of Nursing, Saki. She is professional member of Science Association of Nigeria, Chemical Society of Nigeria, Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria, Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, International Research and Development Network, Organization for Women in Science for Developing World, and Nigerian Environmental Society. Her main area of research interest focuses on the antioxidant properties of medicinal plants which are available in Nigeria and their use in the amelioration of metabolic diseases and damages, and Environmental studies especially in the area of bioremediation. She is author and co-author of 25 research papers.
