Biography

Dr. Ayman A. El-Shibiny is currently working as Head of Food Sciences at Faculty of Environmental Agricultural Sciences, Suez Canal University, El-Arish, North Sinai, Egypt. He obtained his PhD in Food Safety from same University. His main area of interest related to Food Safety, Food Microbiology, and Pathogenic Bacteria. He has 15 publications in journals as author/co-author.
