Biography

Prof. Walid Maged Elmonir is presently Assistant Professor of Zoonoses at Department of Hygiene and Preventive Medicine, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Kafrelsheikh University, Kafrelsheikh, Egypt. He has obtained his PhD in Zoonoses from same University. He also completed Post-Doctorate Mission in Veterinary Public Health Department Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Miyazaki University, Japan. He has completed 3 projects as principal investigator and co-investigator. He has published 10 research articles in journals. Prof. Walid received honors include International Scientific Publication Award and A certificate on Rabies and other Zoonotic risks associated with handling Wild and Domestic animals, from Naval Medical Research Unit No. 3.
