Biography

Dr. Ibrahim Elsayed Mohamed Hassan holds a position of Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics and Industrial Pharmacy, College of Pharmacy, Gulf Medical University, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. He has completed his PhD in Pharmaceutics and industrial pharmacy from Cairo University. Previously he was appointed as Demonstrator, Lecturer and Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt Assistant Professor at Future University, Cairo, Egypt, and Assistant Professor at Ahram Canadian University, Cairo, Egypt. He is also serving as reviewer for journals such as International Journal of Pharmaceutics, International Journal of Nanomedicine, Pharmaceutical Development and Technology, Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy, Drug Delivery, Journal of Advanced Research and Bulletin of Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University (BFOPCU). He has published 2 books and 12 research articles in journals. He is member of editorial board of the UK Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biosciences (UKJPB), member of Bioequivalence Committee, Ministry of Health, Egypt, and Future voice committee, faculty of pharmacy, Cairo University. His area of research interest focuses on liver targeting of antiviral drug or interferon, Improvement of Curcumin pharmacokinetics and stability to increase its efficient in improving liver functions, and improving insulin absorption from the buccal cavity.
