Dr. Randa M.Mostafa holds a position of Professor of Clinical Physiology and Chairman of Basic Medical Sciences Department, College of Medicine, Sharjah University, UAE and Professor Clinical Physiology at College of Medicine, Benha University, Egypt. She has completed her PhD in Clinical Physiology and MBBS at College of Medicine, Benha University, Egypt, and Postdoctoral fellow in Department of Physiology, Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, USA and Research Associate at University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. USA. Previously she was appointed as Demonstrator, Assistant Lecturer at Cairo University, Egypt, Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at Benha University, Egypt, and Research Associate at Department of Surgery labs, University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Dr. Randa received honors includes Excellency in University and community service Award, Excellency in Research Award, University of sharjah, UAE, Ministry of culture award for best scientific book for children and Suez Canal University awards for best research. She is Founder and elected President of Emirates Menopause Society and member at the scientific committee of the 13th International Menopause society World congress on Menopause Roma, International Menopause Society, member of American society of Physiology, International society for the study of women’s sexual health, American Association for the Advancement of Science, American Society for Biology and Reproduction, The Society for the study of androgen deficiency, An International Association for Medical Education, International Association of Medical Science Educators IAMSE and member of editorial board in Ibnosina Journal of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences USA. She is also serving as reviewer for number of journals. Dr. Randa has published 70 research articles in journals and conferences. She is also serving as Examiner in human Physiology for the Doctorate, Master, and MBBS Degrees, and Chairman/Member of several evaluation and examination panels for Master and Doctorate Thesis in the various Universities.
