Biography

Dr. Ahmed Darwish Ahmed Darwish Moustafa El-Gamal is currently working as Professor of Algae in Botany Department, Faculty of Science, University of Al-Azhar. He has completed his Ph.D. in Algal Taxonomy from same University. He also appointed as Professor of Algae in Biology Department, University College, University of Umm Al- Qura, In Makkah, Saudi Arabia. He is member of editorial board in different journals. He also participated in number of workshops and training. He is member of Egyptian Society of Botany, Egyptian Society of Phycology, Society of Association of El Gamal sons and member of Association grant recipients of DAAD holders, Germany. He supervised 5 MSc thesis, and reviewed 5 PhD and master’s thesis. He has 22 publications in journals as author/co-author.
