Biography

Dr. Iman Mohamed Kamel Abumourad is currently working as Professor of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Hydrobiology Department, Veterinary Division, National Research Centre, Egypt. She obtained her Ph.D. and MSc in Science from Menoufiya University, Egypt in 2003 & 2000 respectively. Her area of specializations includes Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. She also worked as Researcher and Assistant Professor at National Research Center. Dr. Iman also received award of Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR, 2007) for the best research paper and best oral presentation. She has published 28 research articles in journals contributed as author/co-author. She also participated in number of national and international conferences. She attended many training courses and workshops.
